Prince George has officially begun his first term at Eton College, the 13-year-old future king commencing his studies at the esteemed institution. He was accompanied on his first day by his parents, the Prince of Wales and Catherine, Princess of Wales.

Eton College, an all-boys boarding school located near Windsor Castle, has a long-standing tradition of educating members of the British royal family. Prince William, George's father, also attended Eton.

The private school boasts a history of educating notable figures, including 20 British prime ministers. The annual fees for attending Eton are approximately £65,000.
