Prime Video Renews 'Off Campus' for Season 2 Amid Strong Debut
The popular series, which garnered the third-highest debut season viewership on the streamer, will focus on Dean and Allie's romance in its upcoming installment.

Prime Video has officially renewed the hit series "Off Campus" for a second season, months ahead of its initial premiere. The early renewal comes after the show achieved a significant viewership milestone, securing the No. 3 most-viewed debut season in Prime Video's history, trailing only "Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" and "Fallout."
"'Off Campus' captures the kind of emotionally charged, character-driven storytelling that truly resonates with our global Prime Video audience," said Peter Friedlander, Head of Global Television at Amazon MGM Studios, in a February statement. "With its passionate fan base, rich source material, and an incredible creative team bringing Briar U to life, we knew that this series had the depth and momentum to continue beyond its first season… We’re excited to give fans even more of the romance, friendship, and heart that define the series."
Filming for the second season has recently concluded, and a release date is anticipated in mid-2027. The upcoming season will center on the developing love story between Dean, played by Stephen Kalyn, and Allie, portrayed by Mika Abdalla. However, the characters Garrett (Belmont Cameli) and Hannah (Ella Bright) will continue to be integral to the narrative, with Bright teasing "really great romances" ahead.
New cast members are set to join the series for its sophomore outing. India Fowler has been cast as Grace Ivers, who will be playing John Logan’s love interest. Phillipa Soo will portray Scarlett, a theater artist directing an original play. Additionally, Shay Rudolph, known for her role in "The Baby-Sitters Club," will play Summer Di Laurentis, Dean's sister.
"Off Campus" is currently available for streaming on Prime Video. Subscribers can access the series through a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime, which also includes benefits such as free two-day shipping and exclusive deals. Following the trial period, Amazon Prime costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. Students aged 18-24 are eligible for a discounted Prime for Young Adults membership, priced at $7.49 per month after a six-month free trial.
