Charlotte D’Alessio, Presley Gerber’s ex-girlfriend, shared an emotional tribute to him on her Instagram Stories Monday, stating she is “angry” about his death.

D’Alessio, who dated Gerber for approximately two years, posted a series of throwback photos and videos of the couple. In one post, she wrote, “Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life. You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry [about] this.”

She captioned a black and white photo of them embracing, “Love you Pres. Always. Up there, down here, don’t ever doubt that 🤍. We all love you so much. I hope you can feel it.” Another post included a video of Gerber with a dog, accompanied by her message, “I will always remember you this way.”

The couple reportedly met through Gerber’s sister, Kaia Gerber, in December 2017 and began dating shortly after.

Presley Gerber died Sunday at age 27 at a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica. Sources indicated to TMZ that he did not appear sober upon entering the facility, and authorities suspect his death may have been from a drug overdose, though an autopsy has not yet been completed.

Gerber, the eldest child of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, had openly discussed his struggles with addiction and mental health over the years. A source close to the family told Page Six that Crawford and Rande Gerber consistently supported their son throughout his challenges.
