Police Investigate Death of Newborn Son of "Ex on the Beach" Star Pala Negara
Grieving mother insists 'we did everything right' following home birth complications.
New South Wales Police have launched an investigation into the death of the newborn son of reality television personality Pala Negara. Negara, known for her appearance on "Ex on the Beach," announced the tragic loss of her child, Harmony, in September alongside her partner, Chris Hunter. The infant's birth occurred nearly three weeks past its due date.
In an interview with the Mail, Negara expressed her feelings of being "let down with what happened with Harmony." She stated that she had registered with a local home birth program and believes that she and her partner "did everything right" in the lead-up to the birth and its aftermath.
The circumstances surrounding Harmony's birth and death have not been publicly established. Negara, who appeared on "Ex on the Beach: Couples" in 2023, shared her "unfathomable loss" on social media in a series of posts alongside Hunter.
The police investigation is ongoing as the family navigates their grief and seeks answers regarding the circumstances of their son's death.
