Police Investigate Claims Epstein Flew Massage Therapist to Balmoral for Prince Andrew
Authorities are examining new information suggesting a woman allegedly trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein may have visited the Royal Family's Scottish estate multiple times.
Police Scotland has launched an investigation into activities at Balmoral Castle involving Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Prince Andrew, following new information about a "travelling" massage therapist allegedly brought to the estate by Epstein.
An FBI interview with one of Epstein's alleged victims suggests that a woman, described as a massage therapist who traveled with Epstein, visited Balmoral Castle and Palm Beach on multiple occasions. The victim stated she met Prince Andrew a few times but reported no unusual experiences.
This development follows previous reports that Epstein flew a model to Balmoral in 1999 to provide a massage for Prince Andrew. Police Scotland confirmed that "information has been received and active inquiries are ongoing" but emphasized that the investigation is in its early stages.
Further details emerged from the Epstein Files, a collection of over three million documents. In a 2019 Skype message, Epstein allegedly instructed one of his victims to visit "Windsor," referring to the royal estate where Prince Andrew resided, and "Balmoral."
Epstein was a guest at Balmoral in 1999, and his private jet, the "Lolita Express," reportedly landed in Edinburgh in 2006 with Prince Andrew and Maxwell aboard. A photograph presented during Maxwell's trial showed her and Epstein at the estate.
Emails believed to be from Prince Andrew, sent in 2001, were also part of the released files. In one, the sender signs off as "A xxx" and asks, "Have you found me some new inappropriate friends?"
In January, reports indicated that Prince Andrew personally welcomed Epstein, Maxwell, and a 25-year-old model to Balmoral in 1999 and hosted a picnic for them. The model reportedly claimed she was asked to massage Prince Andrew during this visit but refused.
At least nine British police forces are conducting investigations or reviews into potential crimes linked to Epstein and his associates, including Prince Andrew. The disgraced royal has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
