Plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, known as the "Boob God," is facing lawsuits from three former patients who allege that his surgical procedures resulted in severe and lasting complications. The complaints, filed in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, Florida, accuse Hochstein of negligence that led to serious health consequences.

One 46-year-old patient claims that substandard care during abdominal surgery, including a tummy tuck, liposuction, fat grafting, and breast augmentation, caused her to develop multiple infections and experience ongoing pain. She reported worsening symptoms after leaving the clinic, eventually seeking treatment at a wound-care center where doctors found fluid buildup and dead tissue, necessitating painful wound management that allegedly resulted in scarring and deformity.

Another patient alleged that a breast augmentation performed in May 2025 left her with a deformed left breast requiring corrective surgery by another doctor. She claims Hochstein used a Meso-Biomatrix mesh in an off-label manner without disclosing material risks or alternatives. After the initial surgery, she reported pain, drooping, implant rippling, and asymmetry, leading to a revision surgery by a different surgeon and continuing pain and distortion.

The third woman underwent a breast augmentation and lift in March 2022. She alleges that she developed complications including breast asymmetry, cleavage distortion, and symmastia, a condition where breasts grow toward the center of the chest, sometimes referred to as a "uniboob." Despite a revision surgery performed by Hochstein in April 2023, she claims the condition worsened, leaving her with ongoing pain, swelling, and breast deformity. She reports that other surgeons have indicated a third surgery is necessary to correct these issues.

The law firm Morgan & Morgan, representing the three women, stated that Hochstein's alleged failures to meet the standard of care resulted in their injuries. John Morgan, founder of the firm, and attorney Jack Cook, representing the plaintiffs, said in a statement that the clients deserve accountability and justice. They added that the emotional toll of such intimate procedures gone wrong creates an added layer of harm.

According to the lawsuit filings, the North Miami Beach Surgical Center, where the procedures took place, is also named as a defendant. Patients reported that clinic staff downplayed or dismissed their concerns. The plaintiffs are seeking monetary damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and future corrective surgeries.

Hochstein, 60, also faces accusations from a British model who alleges he drugged and sexually assaulted her, which he has denied. His ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, a personality on The Real Housewives of Miami, finalized their divorce in 2024. The couple had previously faced legal issues related to allegations of recording devices being placed in Hochstein's car, though those charges were ultimately dropped.
