PK Kemsley has publicly criticized his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley, for an extended European vacation, alleging it is occurring while the couple faces a significant financial crisis. In a court filing submitted on Monday, PK claimed Dorit has been abroad for a minimum of three weeks and has not informed their children, their nanny, or him of her return date.
According to the court documents, PK stated that their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10, are currently in Florida with their grandparents and a nanny. He asserted that Dorit's trip "illustrates [her] prioritization of personal travel over addressing the urgent financial crisis facing [their] family home."
The couple is reportedly facing potential foreclosure on their Los Angeles residence, a risk that PK's legal team claims has escalated. The filing further accused Dorit of exhibiting "a pattern of non-cooperation, broken promises and bad faith conduct that has unnecessarily exacerbated" the situation.
Additionally, PK, 58, alleged that Dorit, 50, has hindered his summer travel plans with their children by allowing their passports to expire. He stated he had wished to take their son and daughter abroad this summer. Dorit's representative did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
This is not the first time PK has voiced concerns about Dorit's spending habits amid their financial difficulties. In May, he claimed she had spent over $1 million on designer items. Court documents cited by PK indicated that Dorit allegedly spent $995,270 on "wardrobe related expenses" between December 2024 and March 2026, with specific charges including $69,000 each at Louis Vuitton and Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès, and $22,000 at Saint Honore.
Dorit previously addressed these claims on Instagram in June, stating, "Do I love fashion? Yes. Do I spend a lot of money on clothes? Expensive clothes? Designer clothes? Yes. It is my choice. It is also my money. It’s my money that I earn, that I work for. Not his money."
The reality television stars publicly announced their separation in May 2024, after nearly a decade of marriage. Their joint statement at the time indicated a mutual decision to "take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children" to maintain a harmonious environment. Dorit subsequently filed for legal dissolution of their union in April of the following year. PK has since been reported to be dating Tatiana Kharchylava.
