Pierce Brosnan, 73, and his wife Keely Shaye Smith, 62, were seen together in Sydney, exploring the city's art scene.
The couple visited the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and the Banksy Limitless exhibition in The Rocks on Friday. Brosnan, known for his role as James Bond, wore a dark checked blazer over a black rollneck jumper, dark jeans, and black shoes, with his silver hair swept back. Smith was dressed in a cream belted coat, a floral skirt, and beige flats, accessorizing with oversized sunglasses and a silver clutch.
During their outing, they held hands and appeared to be in high spirits. Smith was seen smiling as they explored the harbourside area. Brosnan also interacted with a fan, posing for a selfie.
The Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, where they visited, is situated on Sydney Harbour and features contemporary works by Australian and international artists. The Banksy Limitless exhibition, which made its Australian debut in April, presents numerous works inspired by the artist Banksy, including sculptures and digital installations.
Brosnan has a personal connection to the arts, having previously worked as a commercial artist in London before his acting career and has exhibited his own paintings. The couple, who celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in August 2021, first met in 1994. Brosnan has often spoken highly of his wife, describing her as a "great woman" who "still makes my world turn."
They share two sons, Dylan and Paris. Brosnan was previously married to Cassandra Harris, who died in 1991. He adopted her two children, Charlotte and Christopher, and they also had a son, Sean. Charlotte died in 2013.
Brosnan is set to return to screens in the second season of the Paramount+ drama "MobLand," where he plays crime patriarch Conrad Harrigan. First-look images show his character being tended to by his wife Maeve, played by Helen Mirren, after a violent incident.
