Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, known for their roles on "Dancing With the Stars," have listed their Los Angeles rental home for $18,000 per month following their family's relocation to Florida. The couple and their three children, Shai, Rio, and Milan, made the decision to move in pursuit of what they described as a new chapter.

The 4,300-square-foot residence, which the professional dancers had been renting for two years, features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home is described as "Napa-inspired" and was designed by an award-winning builder. Notable interior features include herringbone oak floors, solid Alder wood doors, oak ceilings, hand-forged bronze and brass fixtures, and natural grasses. The downstairs living areas boast 10-foot ceilings, while the kitchen is equipped with unstained cherry wood cabinets, a marble island, and a pantry with a second refrigerator. The second floor houses three bedrooms with walk-in closets, a laundry room, and a primary suite that includes a fireplace, a balcony, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and steam shower.

The property's exterior includes a backyard patio with a pool, a turf yard, a built-in BBQ grill, and a speaker system. The listing comes after the couple shared their emotional farewell to Los Angeles via Instagram, accompanied by a vlog showing their moving process. "There are tears you don’t expect, goodbyes that hit harder than you imagined and moments where you wonder if you’re making the right decision," they captioned the post, adding, "But sometimes you have to leave what’s comfortable to find what’s meant for you."

Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy expressed gratitude for their new beginning, stating, "Our boys are so happy, our hearts are full, and we’re incredibly grateful for this new chapter."

The couple married in 2017 and have welcomed three sons: Shai, born in January 2017; Rio, born in June 2023; and Milan, born in July 2024.
