Pennsylvania Restaurateur Accused of Stealing and Distributing Intimate Photos

A rising restaurateur in Pennsylvania, Alessandro Fiorello, 29, has been arrested and charged with stealing intimate photos of his ex-girlfriend and subsequently sending them to her new boyfriend. Fiorello, who owns several Italian restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs, was taken into custody on September 2 after the woman reported the alleged photo theft to Conshohocken police in August.

According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by The Philadelphia Inquirer, the woman claims Fiorello accessed her phone in January while she was asleep and duplicated the intimate images by taking pictures of them with his own phone. She stated she was certain of his actions because Fiorello allegedly confronted her about the photos upon her waking.

After the couple's breakup in May, the woman reported that she began dating someone new. She alleges that Fiorello discovered her new boyfriend on Instagram and shared the intimate photos with him. The court document states that Fiorello told his ex she was "just mad [she] got exposed" after she confronted him about the dissemination.

Fiorello was initially charged with unlawful dissemination of intimate images, invasion of privacy, stalking, and disorderly conduct. However, during a preliminary hearing last week, two counts of harassment and one count of stalking were dismissed, as reported by the Inquirer.

He was released on a $10,000 bond, and his arraignment is scheduled for November 4. Fiorello's attorney has declined to comment on the allegations.

The charges come as Fiorello prepares to open his third restaurant, Alessandro's Enoteca, later this month. Earlier this year, the workers' compensation law firm Pond Lehocky Giordano reportedly invested $1 million into Fiorello's restaurant group to fund the opening of the new establishment. Fiorello had been featured in a Philadelphia Inquirer profile in January discussing Alessandro's Enoteca, describing it as a more bar-focused, upscale venue compared to his existing Alessandro's Wood Fired Italian Grill & Bar in Wayne, which opened in 2020. His other restaurant is Alessandro's Pizzeria in West Chester, which opened in 2025.

Fiorello, whose parents are Italian immigrants, began his culinary career at age 12. He later managed his father's Fiorello's Cafe before establishing himself as a chef-owner in 2019.

The Conshohocken Police Department, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, and Fiorello's restaurant group have been contacted for comment by the Daily Mail.
