A school bus aide in Pennsylvania has been arrested on charges of fondling and taking photos of a 14-year-old special needs student. Ali Khan, 62, faces multiple charges including endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, and indecent assault.
The alleged incidents occurred on Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, on a bus en route to Bensalem High School. According to investigators, surveillance footage from inside the bus captured Khan allegedly draping his body over the student while securing her seatbelt and touching her inappropriately for an extended period.
The footage also reportedly shows Khan touching himself while using his cellphone to take pictures and record videos of the student. The student's parents alerted authorities, leading to Khan's arrest.
Officials from the Bensalem School District stated they are cooperating fully with the ongoing police investigation and are conducting their own administrative review. Khan is currently being held at Bucks County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
