Peaky Blinders Star Paul Anderson Seen Counting Cash on E-Bike Amid Legal Troubles

Paul Anderson, known for his role in "Peaky Blinders," was recently seen in London counting cash while on an e-bike. The 48-year-old actor was dressed in a sage green bomber jacket, cropped trousers, and Vans trainers.

Anderson's public appearance comes amid a series of personal and legal issues. He failed to reprise his role as Arthur Shelby Jr. in the Netflix "Peaky Blinders" movie, "The Immortal Man." This absence occurred after he was apprehended on Boxing Day 2023 with crack cocaine and amphetamines in a pub restroom. Customers at the pub reportedly smelled drug fumes.

Following the incident, Anderson shared a video on social media discussing his struggles and the importance of service and seeking help. He pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine and amphetamines in January 2024. Court documents indicate that a drug test in January 2024 revealed cocaine and opiates in his system. He was also summoned in January 2025 for allegedly failing to attend an initial assessment to determine his risk of drug dependency, leading to a withdrawn arrest warrant as his whereabouts could not be confirmed.

Amid a reported decline in acting work, Anderson has been generating income through personalized Cameo messages, priced at £150, and paid appearances at events. Last year, he was photographed with a high-end electric BMW motorcycle. Weeks later, he was cited for driving a similar vehicle without insurance in north London.

On March 6, 2025, Anderson was convicted at Bexley Magistrates Court for the uninsured driving offense. He did not attend the hearing, and sentencing is pending. Reports suggest he has moved from his £1.2 million home near Hampstead Heath, and authorities have been unable to ascertain his current address, according to court documents. Scotland Yard has confirmed ongoing inquiries.
