Debbie Aldman, the mother of PC Andrew Harper, has voiced her concerns regarding the potential early release of the individuals convicted of her son's murder. Aldman stated that her son has not been given "proper justice."

PC Harper was killed in August 2019 while responding to a burglary in Berkshire. He was dragged to his death by a car driven by the culprits. The three men convicted in connection with his death are Henry Long, Albert Bowers, and Jessie Cole. Long was convicted of murder, while Bowers and Cole were found guilty of manslaughter. All three were sentenced to lengthy prison terms.

The case drew significant public attention due to the brutal nature of PC Harper's death and the subsequent legal proceedings. Aldman's recent comments highlight ongoing distress for the family, who feel the justice system has not adequately served their loss.
