Patsy Palmer recently shared images from a girls' weekend at a luxury resort in Malibu. The 54-year-old actress posted a photo on Sunday wearing a blue swimsuit while enjoying her time with friends.
Palmer, who has resided in Los Angeles since 2014, was pictured wearing oversized sunglasses in addition to her swimwear. She also showcased a different outfit, consisting of a one-shouldered black top paired with a patterned skirt and strappy heels.
She captioned her social media posts, "Great weekend," indicating her stay at the Calamigos Ranch Resort and Spa. The resort is known for its amenities, including a private beach club and multiple swimming pools.
Palmer has previously spoken about how her life in Los Angeles contributes to her well-being, attributing her happiness to sunshine, good food, and outdoor activities. She noted her preference for a bright environment, stating, "I would never live where it gets dark at three o'clock again, ever. That drains me. I'm a light person."
Her wellness routine includes Pilates, particularly the reformer and Cadillac reformer, which she undertakes with a one-on-one instructor. She also enjoys walking, saunas, and cold plunge baths, with a cold plunge installed in her garden.
Regarding diet, Palmer emphasized the importance of food, stating, "80 percent of it is what you're eating." She contrasted the food options in LA, such as smoothies and salads, with what she described as "stodgy" food more common in London during colder months.
Palmer also touched upon her past experiences with cosmetic treatments. She recounted a negative incident with Botox that led to hospitalization and a vow to avoid further procedures. However, she later admitted to resuming some cosmetic work, including occasional Botox, though she expressed a dislike for fillers and is reportedly considering a facelift.
