Patriots WR's girlfriend goes viral for ecstatic reaction to game-winning touchdown
Devynn Warns' emotional celebration included an accidental confession of peeing herself.
New England Patriots wide receiver Efton Chism III secured a stunning upset victory over the Buffalo Bills with a game-winning touchdown, and his girlfriend, Devynn Warns, captured national attention with her uninhibited celebration.
In the closing minutes of the October 6, 2026, game, with the Patriots trailing, quarterback Drake Maye connected with Chism for a one-handed touchdown in the end zone. The play ultimately sealed the 29-26 victory for New England.
Warns' reaction, recorded and shared online, showed her jumping with unrestrained joy. Amidst the cheers, she exclaimed, "I just peed myself!" Her jubilant, if slightly incontinent, celebration became a viral moment.
Chism, a second-year player, has become an increasingly important part of the Patriots' receiving corps. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2025 out of Eastern Washington University. After making the roster as a kick returner in his debut season, he finished 2025 with 75 receiving yards and one touchdown, along with 383 kick return yards.
This season, Chism has four catches on seven targets for 41 yards, culminating in his crucial touchdown against the Bills. Patriots coach Mike Vrabel has acknowledged Chism's performance has earned him increased playing time.
The Patriots are scheduled to play the Las Vegas Raiders next Sunday.
