Their presence in the city for the event at Madison Square Garden was noted, with photographs showing them arriving and departing a hotel.
This public appearance is the first time Vrabel and his wife have been seen together since Vrabel became involved in a controversy concerning former NFL reporter Dianna Russini. The situation arose after photos of Vrabel and Russini at a resort in Sedona, Arizona, surfaced, followed by additional images and videos from earlier years.
While Vrabel remained as head coach of the Patriots, Russini resigned from her position at The Athletic shortly after the scandal broke.
Vrabel, who previously coached the Tennessee Titans, has not coached Kelce. The wedding has attracted numerous prominent figures from both sports and entertainment industries.
