A former Maryland paramedic has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for recording himself contaminating coworkers' food and fire stations with bodily fluids. Christopher Carroll, 36, pleaded guilty in August to three charges of causing the ingestion of bodily fluids, stemming from incidents that occurred between September and December 2025.
Carroll admitted to posting at least 64 videos on the adult subscription site JustForFans, charging viewers $7 per video. Many of these recordings took place inside the Baltimore County Fire Department's headquarters in Towson and a fire station in Pikesville, Maryland. Court documents revealed that officials discovered Carroll's bodily fluids and DNA in the offices and within an ambulance.
One video documented Carroll urinating into an ice maker, then using the contaminated ice to make a drink. He allegedly captioned the post, "They always say don’t drink the yellow snow, but I’m just trying to make a slushie." In another instance, he masturbated into a coffee creamer bottle before returning it to a communal refrigerator. Prosecutors also found evidence of Carroll ejaculating onto a female supervisor's keyboard, an area where she regularly ate her meals.
Following the discovery, the fire department conducted hazmat cleanings at all affected locations. The ice machine was replaced, and several vehicles were sanitized. Carroll expressed remorse during his sentencing hearing, stating, "I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I’m absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt."
Prosecutors argued that Carroll betrayed the trust of his colleagues, who he was meant to serve, particularly given his role on the fire department's quick response team, which assisted individuals with mental health crises and drug addictions. Deputy State’s Attorney Lisa Dever described his actions as bringing obscenity to a community dedicated to service.
Victims of Carroll's acts stated that he "preyed on the very people who trust him most and chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification." Carroll was arrested on February 4 and initially faced 23 counts. He ultimately pleaded guilty to three charges, receiving a sentence of 25 years, five years less than the 30 years sought by prosecutors. He had been suspended but remained employed by the county prior to his sentencing.
Investigators suggested there could be additional victims, citing allegations that Carroll urinated into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor's office and reinserted it. Another video allegedly showed Carroll's two children in the background.
