A luxury mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, located less than a mile from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, has seen a significant price reduction, now listed at $74.9 million. This marks a decrease of $13.1 million from its initial asking price of $88 million in October 2024.
The oceanfront property, built in 2025, sits on the exclusive Billionaire's Row at 1540 S. Ocean Blvd. The estate includes a main residence, a guest house, and a private beach cabana. It features eight bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and a six-car garage on nearly an acre of land.
A distinctive feature of the property is a private tunnel that connects the grounds to the beach, allowing residents direct access without crossing South Ocean Boulevard. An oceanfront cabana awaits at the tunnel's beach exit, with approved plans for a private plunge pool.
The estate was designed by Dailey Janssen Architects, incorporating Bermuda-inspired architecture intended to blend indoor and outdoor living spaces. The compound includes covered loggias, balconies, and a central courtyard with a resort-style pool and spa.
