Renee Gracie, a former professional motorsport competitor, has put her four-bedroom Gold Coast mansion on the market with a price guide of $2.9 million. The listing comes after Gracie experienced a significant career turnaround, earning $1 million in six months through her adult content career on OnlyFans.
Gracie, 32, purchased the Kingsholme property in early 2021 for $1.33 million, shortly after her motorsport career was halted in 2017 due to a lack of sponsorship. She has since undertaken extensive renovations on the acreage estate, which sits on 4,061 square meters.
The property is described as an "ultimate entertainer" and features a resort-style alfresco area with a swimming pool, an infrared sauna, and a high-end outdoor kitchen. A notable feature is a dedicated garage within a 12m x 8m shed, which houses Gracie's collection of vehicles, including a Ford Mustang GT, a Dodge Ram 1500, and several motorbikes.
Reflecting on her career shift in a 2024 video tour, Gracie recounted her financial struggles before her success on OnlyFans. "When I stopped racing I was extremely broke," she said. "I went from not being able to order anything, having to take loans out … to making a million dollars in just over six months and buying my multimillion-dollar mansion."
Gracie has been open about the discrimination she faced in professional racing and the criticism she received for her decision to pursue adult content. This financial success has enabled her to return to racing, and she is currently competing in the GT World Challenge Australia championship. In June, she and co-driver Will Davison secured their first outright victory at Queensland Raceway.
Gracie's career transition and personal life have also been the subject of a recent documentary. She has spoken about the supportive relationship she has with her father, who has publicly stated he is proud of her. The sale of the mansion includes 10 laying hens, according to the property listing.
