OnlyFans Model Admits to Tax Evasion on $3 Million in Earnings

Seathra Zmeena Orr, 39, of Stamford, Connecticut, has pleaded guilty to tax evasion after failing to pay taxes on approximately $3 million earned from her OnlyFans account between 2019 and 2022. Federal prosecutors announced the plea agreement on Tuesday.

Orr, who generated significant income from posting explicit content online, admitted to willfully failing to pay taxes on her earnings during those four years. In one year alone, she reportedly made upwards of $1.3 million.

Authorities allege that Orr spent a substantial portion of her income on personal expenditures, including rent, luxury vehicles, and jewelry. Prosecutors stated she spent at least $1.3 million on rent and car purchases, and an additional $110,000 on jewelry. She is also accused of using multiple phony business names and opening various bank accounts to obscure her income and evade the IRS.

As a result of her actions, Orr now owes the government more than $1.1 million in back taxes. She has agreed to pay at least $476,970 towards this debt, though the final court-ordered amount has not yet been determined.

U.S. Attorney David X. Sullivan issued a statement emphasizing the seriousness of tax evasion, regardless of the source of income. "This prosecution should serve as a warning that no matter how or where you earn your money, you are not absolved from paying taxes on it," Sullivan said. "Any attempt to intentionally hide earnings and evade the payment of taxes will lead to serious criminal consequences."

Orr faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for tax evasion. She was released on a $100,000 bond, and her sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
