Online Personality Clavicular Accused of Trashing $7M Mansion, Skipping Rent

Online personality Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, is accused by his landlord of failing to pay rent and causing extensive damage to a $7 million Los Angeles mansion. The 20-year-old influencer allegedly rented the Encino property for $53,000 per month to host his "Looksmaxxing Camp," where he teaches young men about male beauty standards.

The Maimon Group, the landlord, claims Peters violated the lease agreement, which limited guests to six people, by hosting large parties. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, one alleged party on October 11 involved attendees fighting, vomiting, and using "fart spray" and silly string inside the home. The complaint also states that guests spilled drinks in the pool and that Clavicular may have brought a horse onto the property.

A spokesperson for Clavicular denied the allegations, stating that no official civil lawsuit has been filed and that any claims of unpaid bills are false. "He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit," the spokesperson told TMZ.

Clavicular, along with fellow "looksmaxxing" creator Hexumlite, livestreamed the camp. The program required participants to apply online and pay $5,000 for attendance. The camp's website has reportedly been taken down.

One former camper, William Munro, told USA Today that he attended to learn about the trend and subsequently sought $40,000 for facial surgery.

This situation adds to Clavicular's existing legal troubles. He recently pleaded not guilty in Massachusetts to charges including rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor. These accusations are linked to an incident in May 2025 on Cape Cod, where the alleged victim, who was under 18 at the time, claimed she was intoxicated and unable to consent to sexual activity. A prior Florida civil suit filing alleged Peters wanted the woman to be the "female face for 'looksmaxxing.'"

Clavicular's attorney, David Meier, has stated that Peters categorically denies these allegations. Meier noted that at the time of the alleged incident, Peters was 19 and the complainant was 17, and that their relationship continued for another year without any reports to the police. "At no time did the complainant report anything to the police - or to anyone - because there was nothing to report," Meier said.
