A shooting at a Citibank campus in Tampa, Florida, left one person dead and the gunman deceased, according to law enforcement. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) responded to the incident at the Citibank Center in Brandon, a suburb of Tampa.
Scanner traffic indicated that a victim was found wounded and bleeding in the cafeteria of the building. Sources told The Post that the gunman was down and that there was one victim. The shooting is believed to have been targeted, potentially involving a vendor at the facility rather than Citibank employees.
Aerial footage showed law enforcement activity at the corporate park. The HCSO issued a statement asking the public to avoid the area of Queens Palm Drive and Falkenburg Road while crews worked at the scene.
