Olympia Valance has been appointed as the new host of Healthy Break, a media program produced by Chemist Warehouse. She takes over from Jo Silvagni, who held the position for over a decade.
Valance, 33, made her debut in a social media video released this week, where she answered rapid-fire questions while navigating a Chemist Warehouse store. In the video, she revealed preferences for evening workouts, savory foods, full glam over a fresh-faced look, and European getaways over beach holidays. She noted that with a two-year-old, long flights now seem daunting.
Valance, who shares son Billy with husband Thomas Bellchambers, also indicated a preference for long walks over Pilates, extra sleep over a lengthy skincare routine, tea over coffee, and hosting over acting. Her essential item she never leaves home without is Nivea lip balm.

Silvagni's departure follows the criminal conviction of her son, Tom Silvagni, late last year. Tom Silvagni spent over a year attempting to keep his name suppressed, with his family reportedly hiring legal counsel to prevent the details from becoming public until the suppression order was lifted in December.
Jo Silvagni, previously known as Jo Bailey, began her television career in the early 1990s as a co-host on Sale of the Century from 1991 to 1993. She later hosted Channel Nine's lifestyle program Looking Good and appeared in advertisements for various products. For more than ten years, she served as the public face of Chemist Warehouse.
