Olivia Dean Enjoys Low-Key Sydney Dinner Amidst Sold-Out Concert Tour

British singer Olivia Dean was recently seen enjoying a quiet dinner at Ennui, a prominent restaurant in Sydney's Central Business District. Dean, known for her hit songs and sold-out concerts, visited the establishment with a small group on a Wednesday evening, just ahead of her scheduled performances.

Despite her growing international fame and the high demand for her Australian tour, Dean managed to maintain a low profile during her dining experience. Food blogger Julia Truong, who was present at the restaurant, observed Dean arriving around 7:15 p.m. with approximately eight companions. Truong noted that only a few people, including herself and the restaurant staff, recognized the singer, allowing her to dine without significant disruption.

Dean and her group were initially seated near the front of the restaurant before moving to a private dining area upstairs. While the specific orders were not confirmed, Truong later learned from restaurant staff that the group particularly enjoyed the venue's signature duck and steak dishes.

Footage of Dean's arrival, shared by Truong, gained significant attention online, with thousands of views and numerous fan comments. The sighting of Dean at Ennui adds to her recent presence in Sydney's dining scene, with an unconfirmed report also placing her at another popular local eatery on a previous day.

Ennui, located in a restored heritage sandstone building, offers a modern Australian dining experience with a focus on premium produce, particularly meat and seafood, and French-inspired dishes. The restaurant is known for its signature Duck Ennui and various steak options, including a Riverine Angus rump cap and a more premium filet mignon and bone-in sirloin.

Dean's visit to Sydney coincides with her highly successful "Art of Loving Live Tour." Both of her concerts at Sydney's Afterpay Arena on October 9 and October 10 were sell-outs. The tour includes five shows across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, with all Australian tickets reportedly selling out quickly after virtual queues saw hundreds of thousands of fans attempting to secure them.

Her Australian tour follows the international success of her second album, "The Art of Loving." Dean recently performed two sold-out shows at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena, receiving critical acclaim for her vocal performances and stage presence.

Her career trajectory has seen her move from smaller venues to large arenas, establishing her as a notable figure in contemporary music. The singer is set to continue her tour in Auckland after her Australian dates.
