Olivia Attwood was visibly shaken after observing her friend, reality personality Bobby Norris, undergo a facelift and other cosmetic procedures in Istanbul for her docuseries, "The Price of Perfection." The episode, which aired on Tuesday, documented Norris's ninth surgical intervention and focused on individuals seeking procedures abroad, particularly in Turkey.

Norris, 39, prepared for a procedure that included his face, neck, and eye area, along with the removal of buccal fat from his cheeks. He noted that while the surgery was provided at no cost to him, he was responsible for travel and accommodation expenses. Norris also expressed a positive view of Turkish cosmetic surgery, stating that the country "give[s] their customers what they want."

Attwood's presence in the operating theatre proved distressing. Graphic scenes depicted the removal of skin from Norris's face, leading Attwood to express her inability to continue watching. "I'm struggling to watch it. I don't know. It's so weird, all the surgery I've watched. I literally can't watch that," she stated before leaving the room. She described the experience as disarming and admitted her hands were shaking, indicating an unexpected level of difficulty.

Later in the episode, a clip shared by Norris showed the immediate aftermath of his surgery. His face was significantly swollen, rendering him almost unrecognizable. Attwood reacted with shock and concern, questioning his ability to recover alone in a hotel far from home.

Norris has openly discussed his history of cosmetic procedures, joking that he is becoming comparable to Katie Price, who has undergone approximately 40 surgeries. Norris stated he has had around eight or nine operations, with the recent procedures including a face and neck lift and eye-bag removal after what he described as "a decade of abusing fillers," costing him over £50,000.

Appearing on "Good Morning Britain," Norris emphasized his transparency regarding his cosmetic journey. "I think in this industry, rather than saying things are down to moisturisers and products, I'd rather document it and show people," he said, advocating for honesty about the recovery process involved in surgery. He acknowledged that watching himself during the operation might be challenging.

Comparing himself to Katie Price, Norris highlighted their shared openness and documentation of procedures. "I don't see a shame in it. When you have a platform and a profile, I think it's important to be honest and show the reality. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed of it," he stated.

He explained that the recent surgery involved his face and neck, with the eye procedures being a continuation of previous upper eyelid surgery. He reasoned that it was efficient to have multiple procedures done simultaneously while under anesthesia. Norris attributed his need for surgery to the stretching of his skin from years of filler use. He also admitted to being apprehensive about aging as his 40th birthday approaches.

Norris denied self-diagnosing body dysmorphia but stated that all his surgeries were performed for specific reasons and that he often receives offers for cosmetic treatments.
