Olivia Attwood, 35, has addressed comments about her toned physique, attributing it to a rigorous fitness routine that includes daily 5 a.m. workouts. The television personality, who gained fame on Love Island in 2017, emphasized the discipline required to maintain her figure, particularly given her public profile.
"People say, 'You're so lucky,' and of course a genetic lottery is involved but I work out at 5 a.m. every day," Attwood told The Times. "People sometimes don't want to hear it but if I sat on the sofa every night eating McDonald's, I wouldn't look like this."
Attwood acknowledged that her strict gym regimen has recently faltered following her split from Bradley Dack in January, leading her to adopt what she described as "bad habits" as a coping mechanism during the breakup. "I was doing anything to self-regulate through the breakup," she stated.
Cosmetic Surgery Reflections
In the same interview, Attwood also shared her regrets regarding past cosmetic procedures. She described her £3,000 breast augmentation, performed when she was 20, as a source of back pain due to the 32E implants. Seven years later, she opted to reduce them to a 32DD. Attwood also referred to her previous lip filler as "grotesque" and has since had it dissolved.
"I've learnt not to treat your body like a wardrobe change," Attwood commented. "Social media documents changes in women's physiques as if it's as simple as changing a dress, and it's just not."
Attwood also touched upon her new relationship with Pete Wicks, 37, confirming their romance after her separation from Dack. Their relationship was publicly confirmed recently. Attwood admitted to friends expressing concern that she might be moving too quickly with Wicks following her "awful" split from Dack. This comes as reports indicated Dack has rekindled a relationship with his ex, Emily Maloney.
