Olivia Attwood has shared details of what she described as a "mini nervous breakdown" that occurred during a particularly eventful week. The former Love Island contestant, 35, recounted the "frantic" period to her Instagram followers, a week that included travel to Ibiza and St. Tropez, a significant drinking spree in London, and the launch of her magazine cover story detailing her split from ex-partner Bradley Dack.
During this period, Attwood made a drunken promise to share screenshots and receipts concerning Dack. She later explained that her manager advised her to be "the bigger person," leading to the screenshots being "on pause." Instead, she opted for a spontaneous night out, which included purchasing new shoes and dancing until the early morning.
Attwood's busy week also saw her appear on breakfast television to promote her new show, "Price of Perfection," which reportedly became the most-watched program on ITVX. She also traveled to Wales to collect her dogs and attended a meeting regarding potential retail deals for her Savano brand.
In a recent interview, Attwood discussed the end of her 12-year relationship with Dack, which concluded in January after she discovered his infidelity. She stated that she did not sign any prenuptial agreements to protect her assets, citing early "teething issues" in their relationship shortly after their 2023 wedding. Attwood described feeling like she was "living in a grey area" for years, blinded by her love for Dack until "everything suddenly lined up" and she confronted the reality of his actions.
She detailed a pivotal moment when she was informed by another woman about Dack's infidelity, a revelation that prompted her decision to end the relationship. Attwood stated that once she knew about the cheating, she could not continue the relationship without deceiving herself. She previously accused Dack of multiple instances of cheating over their decade-long relationship, expressing feelings of humiliation about the situation and the need to "cover up" and "lie to my family and friends."
Attwood also addressed reports that ITV was "furious" over a "fake wedding scandal," confirming that her relationship with the broadcaster remains strong. She stated that she continues to film shows, record podcasts and radio shows, and shoot campaigns while trying to move on from the relationship. Attwood is currently in a relationship with Pete Wicks.
