Olivia Attwood has shared her contemplation of undergoing a third breast augmentation, a decision influenced by recent personal reflections, including her thoughts on potentially not having children. The 35-year-old television personality, known for her appearances on shows like "Price of Perfection," showcased her physique in a sports bra in recent Instagram posts.

Attwood, who has previously undergone two breast augmentation procedures, discussed her evolving perspective on cosmetic surgery in a TikTok video. "I think with you all watching Price of Perfection, it's got me thinking about plastic surgery again," she stated. She questioned whether she felt "left out" or desired something more. Attwood emphasized that the decision is not being taken lightly, acknowledging it as a significant choice.

She explained her consideration: "I was kind of getting to that point where I was like do I need to redo my boobs? Like have those implants been in too long now? But then I was like, am I going to have a baby? Then I was like, wait, now it looks like I really might not have a baby. So I might as well do it. But I don't want to waste my money if I do have a baby."

In addition to her personal reflections on surgery, Attwood recently spoke about her past relationship with Bradley Dack. She described their relationship as existing in a "grey area" for years, admitting to feeling insecure despite deeply loving him. Attwood stated that she ultimately decided to end the relationship after learning of Dack's infidelity, describing the decision to leave as "brutal" and more complex than it might appear to external observers.

Attwood is reportedly now in a new relationship with TOWIE star Pete Wicks. She shared that the confirmation of infidelity was a turning point, making it impossible for her to continue the relationship. "As soon as I knew it had happened to me, I couldn't stay. The only person I would be cheating is myself," she explained, though she admitted leaving was a difficult choice, stating, "What happened didn't break my heart - I broke my own heart by leaving, because the easiest thing to do would've been to stay."
