Olandria Carthen is marking her recent breakup from "Love Island USA" co-star Nic Vansteenberghe with a bold fashion statement. Carthen, 28, posted a series of photos on Saturday showcasing a vibrant, high-slit orange Tom Ford dress, a move her followers and celebrity friends have interpreted as "revenge dressing."

The "Love Island USA" star captioned the carousel of images, "Pressure makes diamonds 😉🧡." The ensemble featured an asymmetric draped jersey dress with a slit extending to the waist, paired with gold Tom Ford sandals. The styling, by The Reismans, included stacked bangles, chunky rings, and gold hoop earrings by Alexis Bittar. Carthen's look was met with supportive comments from celebrity friends, including Chloe Bailey and Winnie Harlow.

Vansteenberghe, 25, confirmed the breakup on Sunday via a subscribers-only TikTok post, stating, "The rumors are true." The couple became a fan favorite after pairing up in the latter half of Season 7 of "Love Island USA" and ultimately finished as runners-up.

A source told People on Wednesday that Carthen and Vansteenberghe decided to end their relationship after a year together, citing distance and busy schedules as contributing factors. Carthen has been developing a fashion career since leaving the villa, with a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie debut in March and appearances at fashion shows in New York, Paris, and Milan.

This is not the first time Carthen has made a high-fashion statement. She previously wore a custom Pajtim Raci gown to the Vanity Fair Oscar party and a front-row look for Robert Wun's couture show in Paris earlier this year, with the assistance of The Reismans.
