Noah Presgrove spent his final hours with friends before his body was discovered on a highway in Oklahoma. The circumstances surrounding his death are under scrutiny, with a lawsuit filed by his family alleging he was beaten to death.
According to reports, Presgrove was last seen with friends on a Saturday night. Hours later, on Sunday morning, his body was found by a Gulfmark Energy field supervisor on the side of a highway. The supervisor called 911 at 5:48 AM. Presgrove's family has since filed a lawsuit against six friends and three adults, claiming he was beaten to death. However, all defendants have denied liability.
One of the friends, Jack Newton, has provided an account of the night to friends. Newton stated that he and Presgrove argued briefly about girls before reconciling and expressing their bond. He also mentioned that another friend, Isaac Rojas, was seen holding a rifle in a video from the night. Jasmine, another friend, posted a Snapchat at 3:41 AM with the caption "well, Noah's missing." Newton insists he was asleep when Presgrove died.
Presgrove was a high school football player until his graduation in May 2023. The legal proceedings continue as the family seeks answers regarding the circumstances of his death.
