The Oklahoma Sooners are set to open their Southeastern Conference (SEC) schedule on September 26, facing the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs in Athens. Georgia, already 3-0 on the season, secured their first SEC victory on the road against the Arkansas Razorbacks with a 45-17 win.
Oklahoma currently holds a 2-1 record. After a Week 2 loss to Michigan, the Sooners returned to a 14-6 victory over New Mexico, which led to them falling out of the AP Top 25 rankings.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia. The contest will be broadcast on ESPN.
