An Ohio bride has spoken out against a stranger who attempted to spoil her wedding day by sending a screenshot of her custom wedding dress to her fiancé. Katie Clark had shared a video of her dress with a limited number of followers online in anticipation of her wedding.

Clark's fiancé, Liam Bailey, received a Facebook message from an account named 'Sandra' containing a screenshot of the dress. Due to Facebook's privacy settings, the image was censored, showing only a notification that an image had been sent. The message read, "Hello, just thought you'd want to see your fiancée's wedding dress," accompanied by a kissing face emoji.

In a video shared on Tuesday, Clark explained that the sender had used a screenshot from one of her TikTok videos. She expressed frustration at her own naivety in sharing the dress details online, acknowledging that "people on the internet are crazy."

Clark addressed the sender directly, stating, "Sandra, if that is your real name, I would say, have a bad day." She added, "But I think based on the fact that you are taking time out of your day to find random strangers’ fiancés and send them screenshots of their TikToks of their wedding dress, that you’re probably already having a bad day. And that most of your days are quite bad. So, I hope things continue on that trajectory for you."

Clark stated that she had taken steps to ensure her wedding day would proceed smoothly. She attempted to identify the sender but found that the phone number associated with the account did not match any of her contacts.

Viewers on social media offered various theories about the sender's motives, with many suggesting the person might be known to the couple. Some speculated it could be an ex-partner or someone within their social circle, while others believed it was plausible for a stranger to act out of malice and a desire to ruin others' experiences. One commenter noted the increasing prevalence of such negative interactions online, stating, "Miserable people hurt others, whether it's a stranger or friend. I can 100% believe a stranger did this for themselves. they think it's funny to ruin things for others."
