NYC Man Sues Clinic, Claims Botched Penis Enlargement Left Him Deformed

A Bronx resident is suing a New York City men's clinic and its doctor, alleging that a penis enlargement procedure in 2024 left him with a deformed penis and significant complications. The lawsuit, filed September 17 in Manhattan Supreme Court, names Best Man Manhattan and Dr. Amanuel Samad Himmed as defendants.

The plaintiff claims that the treatments, which involved microinjections of phallic fillers to stimulate collagen production for permanent enlargement, resulted in progressive abnormalities. According to the suit, these complications include pain, deformity, skin changes, and impairment of sexual and penile function.

Best Man Manhattan advertises its nonsurgical penis enhancement procedures on its website, stating they aim to boost men's confidence and sex lives. The procedure can cost up to $14,950. The plaintiff reportedly received 85 milligrams of Dimethicone Oil, a silicone-based polymer, during two treatment rounds in May and again in October or November of 2024.

"What he has endured has been horrific, and he is doing his best to deal with the ongoing repercussions," said the man's attorney, Ben Bartolotta, in a statement to The Post. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.

Dr. Himmed, who the suit states now practices in Florida, and Best Man Manhattan did not respond to requests for comment regarding the allegations.
