A home health aide in New York City has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of an 81-year-old woman. The attendant, identified as Patricia Williams, 46, claims the senior, Lillie Hill, instructed her to cut her catheter.
Police discovered Hill lifeless in her South Jamaica residence on Thursday around 3:30 p.m. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. Law enforcement sources stated that Williams told investigators she complied with Hill's request to cut the catheter, asserting she had no intention of harming her client.
