North West Enjoys Halloween Horror Nights Amidst Starbucks Job Aspirations

North West, the 13-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, recently attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood with friends. The outing was described as a "coming of age activity" for teenagers in the Southern California area, allowing them to experience independence and test their bravery.

West was seen dressed in her signature all-black attire, including a long-sleeved top, shorts, and Rick Owens sneakers. She wore her distinctive blue hair down and accessorized with sunglasses, even at night. Although she attended without her parents, bodyguards were present.

Halloween Horror Nights is a large, separately ticketed annual event held at Universal Studios theme parks. It features mazes and attractions inspired by popular culture, including horror films, television shows, video games, and music icons.

The theme park visit comes just weeks after West revealed in an interview with Dazed that she aspires to work at Starbucks. "I still wanna work... I wanna work at, like, Starbucks next year," she stated, adding, "I think I can next year ’cause I’m gonna be 14, so… I think I can. I want to have a regular job, I guess."

This revelation follows a period of increased public activity for the young artist. Earlier this year, North released her debut EP, "N0rth4evr," and made notable appearances, including a performance at the Rolling Loud festival. She described the festival experience as "fun, relieving and exciting," and emphasized her desire for positive connections between female artists.

North has spoken about her dedication to developing her skills, noting that she rehearses daily for both music and dance. "I used not to rehearse,' she said. 'I used to want to go out there and just see what happens. But I like dance rehearsing.' An ideal day for her involves rehearsal and studio time, or a significant performance.

She also expressed confidence in pursuing her current passions, rejecting advice to delay her career. "It’s like, nah, this is my hobby, this is what I like to do, this is what I wanna do with my life," West stated.

Regarding fashion, North indicated an openness to trying new styles, stating, "A few weeks ago, I’d be like, ‘Oh hell no!’ But now, after today, I’d wear anything for real. I like to try new things. But I do like to have my own style. It’s just easy."
