North West Clarifies Piercings Are Fake
The 13-year-old and her mother, Kim Kardashian, addressed public speculation on TikTok.
North West, 13, and her mother, Kim Kardashian, have addressed public speculation about the teenager's numerous piercings, clarifying that they are not real.
During a TikTok Live session, West directly responded to the rumors, stating, "Guys, these piercings are not real." She further explained that she frequently changes them, leading to confusion among viewers. Kardashian echoed this sentiment, questioning how people could believe they were real if they were constantly different.
West also expressed her desire for certain piercings, including a bridge piercing on her nose, but acknowledged that she is not currently allowed to get them due to potential scarring. She mentioned wanting cheek piercings as well, to which Kardashian responded that she could use temporary adhesive options for now.
The mother-daughter pair also touched upon comments labeling West's fashion choices as "demonic." West refuted these claims, stating, "Oh no, I’m not demonic, guys. Stop saying I’m demonic. No, I’m not. Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover." Kardashian commented that people don't seem to understand West's style.
Kardashian has previously spoken about the challenges of public criticism regarding her children's fashion and beauty choices. She recalled an instance where a particular style was adopted by multiple children, but when West chose to wear it, Kardashian decided against it, regretting the public display of the fashion choice.
