Noah's Ark Site Confirmed as Man-Made Structure, Researchers Announce

A team of researchers has announced that new radar imagery confirms a significant man-made structure lies beneath the boat-shaped Durupınar Formation in eastern Turkey, a site long associated with Noah's Ark.

The preliminary report, released Wednesday by the private research group Noah’s Ark Scans, indicates that the 515-foot mound contains an "organized, structural" object, differentiating it from natural rock.

Dr. Khosrow Bakhtar, an engineer with decades of experience developing detection systems for U.S. defense agencies including the Air Force, Navy, and NORAD, led the scanning project. He utilized a proprietary system called BakhtarRadar, originally designed to locate buried tunnels and concealed structures.

This technology was employed to scan the Durupınar mound, aiming to determine if it was composed of solid natural rock or contained artificial internal spaces such as rooms and corridors. The scans concluded that the object is not a geological formation but a substantial, organized man-made construction featuring internal corridors, chambers, and hallways.

In a press release, Dr. Bakhtar stated, "Whatever the object is beneath the surface is extraordinary. In forty years of this work, I have never seen anything like it. It could be a ship. It could be a spaceship. What I can say from the radar is that it is organized, it is structural, and a solid geological mass would not have returned such a strong signature."

The Durupınar Formation has been a focal point for researchers and biblical scholars for decades, with its distinctive shape fueling speculation about its connection to the biblical narrative of Noah's Ark.

The international team involved in the recent scans expressed a "100 percent confidence" in their findings that the formation is a man-made object, according to reports.
