A New Jersey-based television producer has been arrested for allegedly filming an adult without their consent and for creating and distributing AI-style child pornography, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. Brian Saracusa, 50, of Wyckoff, faces charges including distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material, creation of deceptive visual media, and invasion of privacy.

Prosecutors stated that a weeks-long investigation culminated Tuesday with the arrest and search of Saracusa's home. The investigation reportedly revealed that Saracusa photographed and recorded an adult on multiple occasions in various states of undress without the individual's knowledge or permission. He is also accused of using the internet to generate and distribute child pornography through artificial intelligence.

Saracusa has worked on several television shows and podcasts, including A&E's "Road Wars," Comedy Central's "Tha God's Honest Truth with Charlamagne Tha God," and the Wondery podcast "I Love My Kid, But…,". His LinkedIn profile indicates he has worked on shows for MTV and is a father of three. He also had a job at the British station ITV and worked on the CNBC series "The Filthy Rich Guide," according to his IMDB page.

An Instagram account attributed to Saracusa reportedly states, "I make TV shows and babies."

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office has not immediately released further details on the case.
