Nicola Peltz has debuted a new tattoo on her ankle that reads 'Elijah,' during a trip to St. Tropez with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham. The couple was seen holidaying on the yacht of Beckham's godfather, Elton John.

Peltz, 31, displayed the new ink, meaning 'The Lord is my God,' as she and Beckham, 27, walked around the island. The Hebrew name holds significance in Jewish culture and has ranked among popular baby boy names in the U.S. in recent years. This follows a previous tattoo Peltz displayed in Yiddish, translating to 'family first.'

The actress's new tattoo comes after reports that Brooklyn Beckham has covered up several tattoos dedicated to his family. These reportedly include a tribute to his father, David Beckham, with the word 'Dad' and the message 'Love you Bust' on his upper right arm, now obscured by nondescript shapes and a star. Tattoos of his siblings' names—Romeo, Cruz, and Harper—on his fingers have also reportedly been covered.

Reports suggest Beckham has distanced himself from his parents, with a social media statement last month indicating no plans for reconciliation and alleging they were controlling him. The apparent estrangement was highlighted when Beckham and Peltz narrowly missed an encounter with David and Victoria Beckham, who were reportedly on their yacht in the same area of St. Tropez. The two couples were reportedly just five minutes apart, with the Beckhams dining at a restaurant near where Brooklyn and Nicola were seen getting ice cream.

Beckham has reportedly been skipping the family's annual yacht getaway. Instead, he joined Elton John and his husband David Furnish on their vessel. The Beckham family and Elton John have maintained a friendship for over 30 years.
