Nicola Peltz, wife of Brooklyn Beckham, has reportedly parted ways with Yogi's House, the dog rescue charity she co-founded with a friend. Her name has been removed from the organization's website, and she has unfollowed the foundation on social media. Peltz's spokesperson stated that she is proud of her involvement and will continue to support dog welfare through other opportunities.

Yogi's House, described as a Los Angeles-based dog rescue saving animals from euthanasia lists, shelters, and the streets, is not listed on California's register of charities or the IRS equivalent. Peltz co-founded the organization after learning about a dog named Yogi that was facing euthanasia due to delays in its pickup.

This separation follows recent legal challenges involving Peltz and her family's pets. In May, Peltz ended a two-year legal battle against New York pet groomers, whom she accused of causing the death of her chihuahua, Nala. She had alleged that the groomers' history of animal abuse led to Nala's severe distress and subsequent death, and also claimed they were responsible for the death of her French bulldog Frankie and injury to her brother's dog, Banksy. The case was ultimately dismissed by the New York Supreme Court, with both parties covering their own costs.

Furthermore, Peltz's billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, recently settled a lawsuit with a housekeeper who alleged she was attacked by the family's pit bull, Houdini, at their Palm Beach home in 2023. The housekeeper had sought over $75,000 in damages, though the settlement terms remain confidential. Coincidentally, the pit bull at the center of that lawsuit was a rescue from Yogi's House, which Nicola Peltz had gifted to her father three years prior.

Peltz had previously expressed strong support for Yogi's House, detailing its founding in a March 2023 interview. She mentioned receiving backlash on social media for her advocacy for the charity. Her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, had also highlighted her work with Yogi's House in a January statement detailing his estrangement from his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, stating his mother had not supported a GoFundMe page for pets displaced by the Los Angeles fires. Peltz and her mother-in-law, Claudia, along with her brother Zach, had contributed to that fundraiser.
