Nick Viall, 45, and his wife Natalie Joy, 27, have welcomed twin daughters, Iris Parker and Dove Tomlin, expanding their family to five. The couple announced the birth on Friday, June 30, referring to their newborns as "rainbow babies" – a term for children born after a miscarriage.
Viall and Joy revealed in August 2025 that Joy had experienced three miscarriages that year. The arrival of their twins is particularly meaningful following these losses.
"Our rainbow babies!!!!!" the couple shared in a joint Instagram post, accompanied by images of the newborns. They told People magazine that the twins were born on June 30. Viall and Joy are also parents to two-year-old daughter River Rose.
Joy, now a mother of three, expressed her joy on Instagram, posting a photo cuddling her newborns and stating she is "in heaven." Viall, a father of three, described their firstborn, River, as "a dream and a blessing."
Previously, Viall and Joy addressed speculation that he was unhappy about having two daughters. During an episode of their "Viall Files" podcast in February, they clarified that they had already known the genders of the twins and were acting for the gender reveal video. "We did, in fact, act for that video because we did already know the gender," Joy stated. "So there's no way he would've been upset with the second balloon, because he'd already known that there were two girls."
Viall shared his excitement about having three daughters close in age. He recounted a moment when his wife's mother suggested he imagine having three little girls looking up at him, a thought that "melted my heart."
The names Iris Parker and Dove Tomlin are family names, drawing from both the maternal and paternal sides of the girls' families.
