Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua revealed that he sustained a bloody wound at Michael Rubin’s annual White Party in the Hamptons last month. The injury occurred when Nacua ran into a glass panel while attempting to find a Snoop Dogg performance.
"They were perfectly crisp. I didn’t see it coming," Nacua said on the "Impaulsive" podcast. He explained that the glass was so clear he did not notice it.
Podcast host Logan Paul, who was also present at the event, corroborated Nacua’s account, describing the scene. "You were in the corner and you were bleeding from your face," Paul told Nacua. "And I realized, ‘Oh, he must’ve ran into this glass panel because I can’t even see it."
Nacua noted that attendees who assisted him tried to comfort him by saying others had also bumped into the glass. "But I’m like, ‘Nobody else ended up bleeding from it,'" Nacua recounted with a laugh. Fortunately, the injury did not result in any visible scarring in his subsequent public appearances.
Nacua and Paul lightheartedly discussed the possibility of legal action against Rubin over the incident. Paul suggested that Rubin might consider removing the glass panel for future events due to potential liability. Nacua expressed a similar sentiment, stating it was his request for the following year's White Party.
