With the 2026 NFL season on the horizon, opportunities remain in the season-long player prop market. Analysts are highlighting bets on San Francisco 49ers rookie De’Zhaun Stribling to exceed 575.5 receiving yards, Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Chris Godwin to surpass 699.5 receiving yards, and Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard to fall short of 749.5 rushing yards.
De’Zhaun Stribling is being targeted for an over on receiving yards, with odds at -115 on FanDuel Sportsbook. Stribling has shown promise during training camp and preseason, positioning himself for a significant role in the 49ers' offense. In his first preseason game, he recorded seven receptions on eight targets for 63 yards. Stribling has also developed chemistry with quarterback Brock Purdy, hauling in two touchdown passes during a joint practice. Given the veteran status and injury history of established receivers Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel, Stribling's role could expand, providing him with ample opportunities to surpass the modest receiving prop.
Chris Godwin is also a candidate for an over, with his receiving yards prop set at 699.5 at -110 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. While health has been a concern, Godwin has a track record of consistent production when healthy. The Buccaneers' receiving corps, once crowded, has seen departures, including Mike Evans. Godwin amassed 360 receiving yards in just nine appearances and six starts last season. With second-year receiver Emeka Egbuka sidelined with a toe sprain, Godwin could step into the primary pass-catching role for significant portions of the season.
Conversely, Chuba Hubbard is flagged for an under on his rushing yards prop of 749.5, with odds at -115 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Hubbard's workload is a point of concern, as he saw a decrease in touches towards the end of last season. The Panthers also feature other capable backs, including Jonathon Brooks, a second-round pick from 2024 who is now healthy after recovering from an ACL tear. Hubbard also dealt with a hamstring injury during camp. In 15 games last season, Hubbard rushed for 511 yards, indicating he would need a substantial increase in carries to reach the 750-yard mark.
