A New York City couple returned from vacation on July 24 to find an unauthorized person inside their Long Island City apartment. Bill and Yelim Kim, residents of a luxury building on Purves Street, were alerted to the presence in their home by their security system.
Upon checking their home security cameras, the couple observed a woman inside their apartment who was reportedly moving about freely and consuming beverages. The Kims stated that they believe the building's doorman gave the individual keys to their residence, enabling their unauthorized entry. The incident has left the couple feeling traumatized.
