A home located near George Washington's Revolutionary War headquarters in New Jersey has been listed for sale at a price of $1.776 million. The price was deliberately chosen to commemorate the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.

The residence, situated in Totowa, is approximately two miles from the Dey Mansion in Wayne, New Jersey, where Washington quartered for several months in 1780. The Dey Mansion is now a museum.

Described as a "sprawling" 4,603-square-foot home, the property sits on nearly an acre of land in the Dey Hill area. The home, located at 4 Centennial Court, was built in 2004 by its current owners. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property was listed on June 26.

Joe Charles of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty told NJ Advance Media that the home's location is one of its most distinctive features, offering a sense of privacy. Maze:
