New details have emerged regarding the death of Tyler Duckworth, a personality from MTV's "The Challenge," who passed away at the age of 44. His body was discovered on August 11 in his North Dakota apartment.
According to a police report obtained by Page Six, Duckworth's body was found "up against the door" in his bathroom. The discovery followed a complaint from his downstairs neighbors who noticed water leaking through their ceiling. Upon investigation, it was found that Duckworth's bathtub was overflowing.
While the exact duration since Duckworth was last seen is unclear, he had reportedly been observed the day prior to his body being found. The Grand Forks Police Department is involved in the investigation into his death.
