A man from the NSW Central Coast, Christopher Ridings, 39, faces a cascade of new charges in a case involving the alleged poisoning, secret filming, and abuse of three women over seven years. Court documents reveal prosecutors will allege Ridings engaged in a horrifying 20-minute ordeal on December 10, 2025, involving one victim and her mother.

According to the documents, Ridings allegedly assaulted the woman's mother between 12:30 a.m. and 1:20 a.m. During a 20-minute period from 1 a.m. to 1:20 a.m., he is accused of assaulting the younger woman, intimidating her, and filming a third woman during a private act without her consent for sexual arousal. These new charges include two counts of filming a person in a private act without consent, one count of detaining a person with intent to obtain advantage, one count of common assault, and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Ridings was initially arrested in December after police allegedly uncovered 2.5 million images documenting sexual and physical abuse of the women, aged 29 to 31. He was charged with 210 offenses, including counts of intentionally recording intimate images without consent, accessory to sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated sexual assault for depriving liberty, and sexual intercourse without consent. He is also charged with stalking and intimidating the woman and her mother, and contravening an apprehended domestic order.

Further allegations against Ridings include administering poison with intent to injure or cause distress, sexually assaulting the women in the presence of others, and sexually assaulting a person under 16. He remains in custody, with his case next scheduled for Wyong Local Court on December 8.

Earlier in October, a second man, Marcus Roy John, 41, was charged with multiple rapes in connection with the investigation. John was arrested on October 12 and charged with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent. Court documents state John allegedly raped one of the women on November 22, 2024, and again on February 9, 2025, and May 5, 2025. John was refused bail and is due to appear in Wyong Local Court on December 9.

The investigation began when detectives uncovered the alleged files on 120 electronic storage devices at a Tumbi Umbi house in December 2025, following domestic violence allegations. Police stated that their investigations are ongoing.
