NBA Player Steven Adams Predicts Sports Slump Due to GTA 6 Release

Houston Rockets center Steven Adams has issued a peculiar warning to fans of professional sports: expect a decline in performance across major leagues during November. Adams attributes this anticipated slump to the impending release of the highly anticipated video game, Grand Theft Auto VI.

"Look at the NFL, look at all the leagues, and watch them plummet. Just for the month of November, performance is gonna go down," Adams told reporters this week. He believes the dip will be temporary, lasting only as long as it takes for athletes to complete the game's story mode. "It should come back up, though. Most of the boys will get it done. Hopefully they finish the game [in a month]," he added.
