National Guard Member, Suspect Wounded in DC Shooting

A National Guard member and a suspect were wounded in Washington, D.C., Sunday night after Guard members attempted to de-escalate a fight, according to DC Metropolitan Police Department Interim Police Chief Jeffery Carroll.
