Nathan Gallagher Clashes With 'Below Deck Med' Castmate in Final Episode
The reality star's last appearance featured a heated exchange with Joe Bradley regarding Gallagher's family.
“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Nathan Gallagher engaged in an explosive argument with castmate Joe Bradley during the show's season finale, which aired Monday. This confrontation marked Gallagher's final appearance on the Bravo series, as the network has parted ways with him following a domestic violence arrest.
The argument stemmed from a discussion about Gallagher's son, Kayden, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Gael Cameron. Bradley made a comment suggesting Gallagher's life would be easier without his child, prompting a sharp response from Gallagher.
"Do not disrespect my family. Do not disrespect my girlfriend," Gallagher retorted. "And that is all I have to say to you. I will leave it on that note."
As the exchange escalated, Bradley challenged Gallagher, asking, "Or what? Are you going to f–king hit me?" Gallagher responded with a warning: "Do not tempt me. So keep your mouth shut."
When Bradley speculated that Cameron would disapprove of Gallagher's behavior, Gallagher stated he didn't "give a s–t."
Gallagher then mimed throwing an empty water bottle at Bradley, delivering a final warning: "That’s real talk. Don’t give a f–k about all this. If you want me to be real, you will listen to me. Keep her name out of your mouth. That’s a good decision."
Gallagher subsequently departed the yacht. The following morning, he and Bradley had a civil goodbye, acknowledging they would not work together again.
This incident follows a previous altercation between Gallagher and Bradley in a September episode, where Gallagher had threatened to turn Bradley's "smirk into a frown really fast."
The episode, filmed in mid-2025, concluded Gallagher's tenure on the show. Bravo announced their decision to cut ties with Gallagher in August 2026, following his arrest in December 2025. Bradley publicly supported Bravo's decision on Instagram.
Gallagher was charged in December 2025 with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault. An arrest warrant issued in Australia alleged that Gallagher "suffocated and choked" Cameron and struck her. Gallagher has maintained his innocence, stating he has "evidence that may materially contradict or provide significant context" to the claims, although a judge found the offenses proven when issuing the warrant.
Cameron, who gave birth to Kayden in June 2025, has spoken about navigating a "tough season" and focusing on healing and rebuilding for herself and their son.
